It has been reported by my friend Britney that her Old Navy has there clearance an extra 30 percent off and then my friend Angela told me that her Target had all clothing items that were already on clearance were an extra 30 percent off.
Update: I checked my target today and no extra 30 off for me so this may be only at some targets with alot of clearance they are trying to get rid of!
